​National American Indian Housing Coalition (NAIHC)
Founded in 1974 and for over four decades has provided invaluable Training and Technical Assistance (T&TA) to all Tribes and Tribal housing entities; provided information to Congress regarding the issues and challenges that Tribes face in their housing, infrastructure, and community development efforts; and worked with key Federal agencies to ensure their effectiveness in native communities. Overall, NAIHC’s primary mission is to support Tribal Housing Entities in their efforts to provide safe, decent, affordable, and culturally appropriate housing for Native people

The membership of NAIHC is comprised of 255 members representing 478[1] Tribes and Tribal housing organizations. NAIHC’s membership includes Tribes and groups throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii

​​Affordable Housing Investor’s Coalition (AHIC)
A non-profit organization whose members have invested more than $80 billion in affordable housing by purchasing federal low-income housing tax credits

AHIC provides stimulating educational opportunities
 to investors, creates a lively forum for investors to network and share their insights on issues facing the field, and promotes the investor's voice and perspective in this unique public/private partnership

They offer 3 Meetings a year for members:
  • Spring Meeting is often held in Washington, D.C. to include a focus on policy issues and developments at federal agencies and on Capitol Hill
  • Summer Meeting is held in conjunction with the National Council of State Housing Agencies annual tax credit conference and includes lively dialogues with leaders of state housing finance and allocating agencies from around the country
  • Fall industry Meeting is an event that brings members together with invited guests including syndicators, lenders, housing agency officials, advocates, and developers from the key players in the field
