RTHawk and LCO Housing Authority Breaks Ground Utilizing LIHTC
A 28 units rehabilitation LIHTC project - from demolition phase through the reconstruction phase which includes upgrading flooring systems and foundation waterproofing, new metal roofing with gutters, new windows, doors, cabinetry, plumbing, and interior finishes, increased R factor insulation plus high efficiency HVAC with newly installed ductwork, complete exterior upgrades of siding, LED lighting, sidewalks, porches, garages, and ADA compliant for select homes.
